Design

Approach overview

Building on the foundations established during research and synthesis, the approach focuses on creating a platform that is clear, adaptive, and deeply aligned with investor needs.

Three key objectives guide every design decision:

  • Simplify complexity,

  • magnify clarity,

  • and deliver a system that scales effortlessly across journeys, segments, and use cases.

Information Architecture (IA) & Navigation

Rather than redefining the current users’ mental model, the IA preserves the placement of key screens and high-frequency areas of the current Wealth platform while introducing several enhancements to avoid disruption or confusion.

Interface anatomy

The main interface touchpoints were designed to reflect the planned information architecture, ensuring that structure, hierarchy, and navigation patterns align with the underlying experience strategy.

Design patterns

The core principle of building the design system is to reduce design debt, improve handoff efficiency, and enable the interface to scale without compromising coherence or usability.

From this foundation, the aim is to establish reusable components and interaction models that drive efficiency, ensure consistency, and promote predictability across the user experience.

Micro-interactions

Interface interactions were designed to be simple and capable of providing a smooth, natural feel for each interaction, feedback, and transition.
