I’m a Bahrain-based UX Strategist, Design Lead, and Instructor with more than 15 years of experience spanning information science and systems engineering, quality management, and business strategy, where I’ve been involved in several digital transformation & channel modernization efforts across government, digital banking, and tech-startup initiatives, all of which now shape the multidisciplinary perspective I bring to the Experience space.

I believe that design transcends aesthetics and leads innovation. It is a discipline rooted in thoughtful problem-solving and human-centered thinking. Today, the leading edge of design has evolved beyond the mere creation of visually appealing graphics, interactions, or products; it has become a catalyst for shaping systems, services, and experiences that adapt to human behavior and address the complexities of an interconnected world.

My approach is grounded in the notion that Design is a powerful form of focused thinking; it is a strategic tool that enables us to anticipate challenges, uncover hidden opportunities, enhance usability, ensure durability, and craft solutions that extend beyond immediate needs.
