Hala! I drive digital transformation strategies by means of Experience Design.

The new meem Digital Banking app by GIB is finally live and open for early access. What started as a redesign became a complete digital transformation: a modernized digital channel that defines the future of digital banking, with user experience at the heart of every decision.

I've been designing Fintech products and solutions by reading the territory from the outside in. Today, however, I'm officially crossing deep into it by joining the MSc. Strategies in Fintech program at the University of Strathclyde. The next chapter is about sharpening the strategy beneath the design.

In this challenging time, my thoughts and prayers are to this beautiful Kingdom, its leadership, and its people. I stand in solidarity with my country and pray for the safety, stability, and protection of Bahrain and everyone who calls it home.

Over the past few months, I've been redesigning how the Investcorp Wealth platform can provide value when Agentic AI comes to play. Not just through an interface and interaction, but also through trust and relationship building between clients, their portfolios, and their designated advisors.

The Shura Council achieved the #1 rank in the Arab world and 13th globally in the 2024 Digital Maturity Index across 115 parliaments. I'm proud of my contribution to this digital transformation and grateful to everyone who was part of the journey.
